LibanPack ensures compliance of technical labeling information with internationally and locally packaging and labeling regulations, LibanPack offers consultancies regarding mandatory and voluntary labeling information. These technical labeling information differs from one country to others and are considered as an important technical barriers to trade. Furthermore, LibanPack acts as an inquiry point for clients regarding information related to technical barrier to trade and food safety measures.
Packaging Feasability Studies
A variety of test methods exist to challenge package quality and performance. The goal of a feasibility study is to assure that the right technology and test method are applied to each product application to provide accurate, sensitive, and reliable data for definitive package integrity verification.
LibanPack has signed twinning agreements with French and Tunisian Packaging centers. In addition, LibanPack has packaging testing equipment in IRI and LAU to include packaging tests. Such tests are permeability and migration, and physical tests related to impact shock testing and transport should be accessible. This service allows users to adjust their production standards, on the basis of test results to ensure compliance of Lebanese products with TPT/SPS and meet conformity with international standards.
